DELIVERY AND RETURNS
At Clocky Merch are happy to exchange or refund an unwanted or faulty full priced items within 14 days without giving a reason. Returns are only acceptable if the item is returned in its original packaging and product and packaging. We do not cover return postage costs, however, should you wish to exchange an item we will cover postal costs to re-send items to you.
Please note all “Seconds” items are non-refundable.
Returns of international shipments
Any taxes and/or charges for international returns (freight, customs taxes/charges, VAT etc.) are the responsibility of the sender

DELIVERY
Our parcels are sent Royal Mail with usual UK shipping costs as follows:
Standard – £3.95
Express – £8.00 Should you wish express before 1pm the following day please email us hello@clockymerch.co.uk and we can arrange this for you
Overseas – £15.00
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery is normally 3-4 working days after dispatch but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery (slightly longer for overseas). If, however, an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible via email and let you know when it will next be available.
